Orange Miso Ginger Tofu

You'll need:

  • 1 package of extra-firm tofu
  • 1/2 cup Miso salad dressing
  • 1 teaspoon red miso paste
  • 1/4 cup organic orange juice
  • grated ginger
  1. Cut the tofu in either squares or triangles and dry cook the miso toasting on all sides. Set aside and let cool.
  2. Mix the remaining ingredients in a bowl and adjust to taste. Add the tofu.
  3. Let marinade in the fridge for 4 hours. Serve hot or cold!
