You'll need:
- 1 package of extra-firm tofu
- 1/2 cup Miso salad dressing
- 1 teaspoon red miso paste
- 1/4 cup organic orange juice
- grated ginger
- Cut the tofu in either squares or triangles and dry cook the miso toasting on all sides. Set aside and let cool.
- Mix the remaining ingredients in a bowl and adjust to taste. Add the tofu.
- Let marinade in the fridge for 4 hours. Serve hot or cold!
